I-Chen Lin participated in National Chiao Tung University in Feb. 2005. He is now an assistant professor in the Dept. of Computer Science and Institute of Multimedia Engineering. He also leads the Computer Animation and Interactive Graphics Lab (CAIG lab).
He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. From Sept. 1998 to June, 2003, he did his Ph.D. thesis research on 3D facial motion tracking and facial animation at Dept. of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University.
Dr. Lin's research interests include computer graphics, computer animation, image-based and interactive 3D modeling, motion capture and virtual reality. He is a member of ACM SIGGRAPH, and IEEE.
